Meet Heidi, our Director of Operations, a seasoned professional with over 25 years of invaluable experience in the construction industry. With a solid foundation in real estate spanning 17 years, Heidi brings a unique blend of expertise to our team.

Her extensive background in real estate, coupled with her hands-on experience in construction, provides her with a comprehensive understanding of the entire project lifecycle. As Director of Operations, Heidi plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day activities of our company. Whether it's coordinating project timelines, managing resources, or resolving issues, Heidi's hands-on approach ensures that every aspect of our operations runs smoothly and efficiently. Her unwavering dedication to excellence and her meticulous attention to detail are evident in every aspect of her work. Her ability to anticipate challenges and proactively address them ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

At the forefront of procurement operations, Alexa holds the role of Procurement Director, leveraging her Bachelor's Degree in Family and Human Development and Sociology to bring a fresh perspective to the world of custom home building and remodeling.

Committed to driving success, she possesses a keen eye for finding the perfect materials, each original and custom-tailored to meet the unique needs of every client. Passionate about crafting dream homes, she excels in meticulous procurement and sourcing, ensuring every project exceeds expectations.

Recognizing the critical importance of efficiency and cost-effectiveness, Alexa expertly negotiates advantageous contracts while upholding the highest standards of quality. Through her collaborative leadership style, she fosters strong and enduring relationships with our suppliers, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery of materials to job sites.
